Determining differential capacitance for MEMS based capacitive accelerometer

I am currently doing a project based on a MEMS based capacitive accelerometer but have gotten stuck with the determination of differential capacitance with respect to displacement and acceleration. There are a total of 5 models. Any help regarding determination of the capacitances would help.
