All data export at once

Hi,

I am trying to study the result by matlab. I draw surface temperature maps of a 2D modle at different times by line graph, please find the picture in attachment. The slopes of these curves are what I am interested in.
The problem is how could I export the line graph data into txt, excel or matlab at once? I tried export function and only the first curve can be exported.
Please is there any method to export once for all?

Thank you in advance!

Hi

but cant you export Tx Ty Tz the gradient component of your temperature profiles, you can export via a Data set export or a Derived variable export. Once you dump data into a table you can cut and paste it into excel too, or save it in a csv file, readable from matlab. With LiveLink you can import and exchange on the fly with matlab too

Good luck

Thank you very much for reply.

But I have tried Data Sets and Derived Value before. There is only Point Evaluation selection which supplys data of temperature and time of only one point. But I need all the points of surface line. It is impossible to set all cut points on surface then select them one by one.
Is there any other method to export all information out?

Hi

I'm sure I have exported a line before, OK I use mostly geometrically defined edges, but interpolated lines should also be possible. But the thing is when you have a "time" series AND spatial coordinates, in which order are they mixed.

unfortunately I'm not by my COMSOl WS so I cannot check, have you tried a search of the help files for "Export data" ?
