Simulation of electromagnetic wave for vanadium oxide

Please login with a confirmed email address before reporting spam

Hello everyone. My name is Micheal and I am currently studying electromagnetic properties of vanadium oxides (particularly VO2) I wonder how I can simulate electromagnetic wave changes of vanadium dioxide in COMSOL. As you might know, VO2 is electrical non-conductive (simultaneously heat conductive) below 68 celsius. Once the temperature elevates, it turns conversely. We know one of the effective parameters of heating could be electromagnetic wave (such as X bond). I want to simulate this phenomenan through COMSOL and elaborate its changing in nano second scale. How can I do this?
