Hi,
I am getting error while doing topology optimization. It suggest Forward solution failed, requesting reduced step what step? I am solving stationary problem.

Okay, way to complex file to handle here, and it is missing some file for interpolation data. Your radius in the filtering is extremely low. In general, you should remove some physics, and start out simpler.
