Variable discontinuity at (interior) boundary

I am trying to solve a problem (with four variables) where I have to account for discontinuity of variables at the interior boundary while maintaining the continuity of flux. The discontinuities of the variables are defined by four coupled algebraic equations. So, my question is how can I specify these four algebraic equations while maintaining the continuity of fluxes for four species? I am using the PDE General Form in the version 3.5a version.
Thanks,
KK
