Potential coupling setting

Set the potential of the two lines to be equal, but the potential value is unknown, and the potential can only be obtained through later calculation。Does anyone know how to set?

If you are doing electrostatics, you can force floating potentials on different surfaces to match each other fairly easily. See the attached example and a picture of the potentials in the solution. The two smallest circles are set at floating potentials that are constrained to be equal.
