Failed to find consistent initial values in a mass transfer model

Hi.

I am trying to simulate a simple model of transient mass transfer of a specie from a solid to a fluid. When I run the simulation I get the message: "Failed to find consistent initial values". I think the model is fully defined, so I don´t know why the error or what I'm doing wrong. (I attach the file)
