Pipe Flow-T junction-different viscosities

Is it possible and how it can be done to have the inlet flow with 1 specific viscosity and the 2 outlet flows with different viscosities - in other words a distillation process?

Yes, it is possible to model it in COMSOL. Which part of the distillation process would you like to model, the evaporation process or the condensation one in the condenser/heat exchanger? The second case can be modeled by coupling the flow equations to the heat transfer equation in a fluid. The evaporation process would require using one of our two phase flow methods (to model both the liquid and vapor phase), the phase field method, available in both the CFD and Microfluidics module.
