variable parameter in function

Dear all
In my simulation I set my conductivity as a parameter of V (VOLTAGE), I use analytic functions to do that , like this:
1: (((abs(Vupvoid[V]-Vdownvoid[V]))>2000)*1)+1e-15
It means that when the voltage is over than 2000 then the conductivity is changing.
Now I want to add the function of time too, but I don't know how to add another function ?
it should be When the voltage is rich 2000V then during CERTAIN TIME the conductivity is change(for example 2s, 3 s) , not suddenly change. How canI do it?
Any help would be appreciated.
