Create a curved cylinder in Comsol 4.3a

Hello,

I want to modelling a thermal and mechanical behaviors in a curved pipes to simulate an underfloor model, so i began to draw the geometry in 3D by COMSOL 4.3a version , so the problem i can't to link this pipes by a curved cylinder (see figure at the attached file please), who person know how to do that in COMSOL?
