comsol not using the entire memory

I have 32GB of ram on my computer with an 8 core cpu, but the transient solver im using does not go beyond 7gb and my processors running between 40 to 60%. I looked upon a few threads on the forum but I wasnt able to come to a conclusion as to how or why this happens. Is there a way in which i could make the computer use all the ram and hence speed up my simulations perhaps?
