Livelink to MATLAB

Hi everyone
I am doing research on obtaining absorptivity of the surfaces using RF Module. I am using Livelink to MATLAB interface. I tried two version of COMSOL with MATLAB 4.2a and 4.3a. At each time I get different answers for a single model. I tried it in both version of COMSOL itself (instead of COMSOL with MATLAB), in this case results of both versions were the same. Therefore, it seems that the problem is related to the livelink process.
Can any body tell me what are the causes and the possible solutions?
