Mathematical Particle Tracing

I have the following problem:
- I solved a mathematical particle tracing problem on a 2D model and I gained access to the particle dynamics;
- next, I need the values of the particle velocity components (pt.vx and pt.vy, in this case) in order to calculate a set of forces that depends on them.

I saw that I can only visualize the velocity of the particles through the Color Expression in the Particle Trajectories Postprocessing area. I also found out that the velocity of the each particle can be evaluated using the Derived Values -> Particle Evaluation menu in the Results area.

The question: How do I pass the particle velocity values from one model to another (from the PT model used at the velocity evaluation to another model intended to evaluate a set of forces dependent on these particular PT velocity values)?
