Electric Circuit connection issue

Attached is a very simple copper parallel plate capacitor in air with no leads.

The upper face of the upper plate is defined as a TERMINAL {term1}-CIRCUIT

In the circuit module I create a Ivs.U and it wont let me select the ec/term1.

Why not?

Comsol gets confused, because you have two "Terminal names" with the same name "1".
