Modelling Henry's Law

Hi,
I am trying to model the diffusion into two different porous regions having different phases, say phase 1 in the region 1 and phase 2 in the region 2. The diffusion at the interface between the two regions is governed by Henry's law. I have built 1D and 2D models using Assembly form. My questions is that how to model the drop in the concentartion using Henry's law? I faced no problem solving this in the 1D model as I used the integration operator to get the 'upstream' concentration which must be used to calculate the 'downstream' concentartion according to Henry's Law. The problem arose when I was trying to solve for the concentration at the interface using the 2D model. Clearly, I cannot use the integration operator in the 2D model case. I have looked into the 'Thin Diffusion Barrier' option but there was no enough explanation on it; so, I do not how to link the Henry's law to the 'Thin Diffusion Barrier' boundary (probably the cannot be linked to each other!). Any ideas and hints are highly appreciated.
