Modification the diffusion coefficient

Hi,

I would like to modify the diffusion coefficient of my kind.
"x" is a given thickness
"e" is calculated according to a thickness of the time
"DFeII" is my diffusion

is it possible to code the following lines corresponding to my problem in COMSOL, and how to do it

Coefficient1= DFeII
Coefficient2=DFeII*porosite
Coefficient1*(x>e)+ Coefficient2*(1-(x>e))
I am using a model 1D

I hope somebody can help me.
