phase saturation larger than unit

I follow the two-phase flow developed in the paper COMSOL Implementation of a Multiphase Fluid Flow Model in Porous Media, when I add the energy equation in the model. The displacing phase is CO2, density, viscosity, heat capacity and heat conductivity of which are changing with pressure and temperature and the displaced phase is oil.
When I run the simulation, I obtain the phase saturation larger than unit.
