Calculating Current/Energy in an Inductor

Hii all,
Its probably ver simple. However, I am unable to find the current distribution is a simple square loop. Can anyone help. Also, since the square loop forms an inductor, I need to find the total energy lost due to the inductance :)

The following example discuss the correct modeling technique that you would need for modeling a close loop conductor.
