3D Spiral Microfluidic Channel _Cannot increase velocity result not converge

I'm new to comsol and I built a 3D spiral microfluidic channel. The height and width of it are 50um, 400um respectively.
The parameters of the density and the dynamic viscosity of the fluid in the channel section are set to that of water. The equations of laminar flow used in the simulation are given by full Navier- Stokes equations for incompressible fluids.
When I increase the inlet velocity, it says "Failed to find a solution. Divergence of the linear iterations. The relative residual is more than 1000 times larger than the relative tolerance. Returned solution is not converged." The velocity can be only set up to 0.07m/s now.
Could anyone help to provide some solution?
Thank you in advance.
