How to apply Load on journal bearing in thin film flow shell?

I am doing simulation of journal bearing by using given example in thin film module. In that example, I want to apply load boundary condition as well as i want to see the effect of RPM on temperature distribution. Also what is significance of variable angle - atan2(y,x).
