Abnormal data output in Comsol

Hello there,

I ran a simulation for a rectangular device for different parameters and now I want to output the temperature profile for the upper surface of the simulations and make them into a combined graph. But when I exported the data, I found that the the x axis data is going backwards once in a while thus make the output temperature profile invalid and not agree with what the simulation plot. Attached is the file for my simulation so that you can see if the data was exported correctly, and once it's exported, in the exported file you will notice the problem I have in x axis.

Thanks,

Hi

I do not have access to my COMSOL just now, so I can only guess,
but I suspect its because by default COMSOL plots 2D line plots along the "arc length", and the direction of an edge is not always constant.
You can change the X coordinate parameter of a 2D plot from "arc-length" to "expression" and type in x, y or z or whatever equation you want, and then probably the graphs will line up.

Good luck
