How to mention thickness to layers in cable

Hi,

I have to design three cables buried underground. I am trying to draw the cable with different layers i cannot define the thickness of different layers in cable like inner semiconductor , xlpe insulation,outer semiconductor,copper wire..

could anyone please give some hints?

Perhaps you give values which are in contradiction. See attached a simple drawing.
