glucose sensor

I am very new to comsol world.
I am trying to sense glucose level in blood.
I got a glucose model already simulated, I found it in comsol document.
I have followed the steps mentioned in the document ,but the obtained result is not matching with the result in the document, I can't locate the error in my model.
i am attaching the results:
simulated:- what i have simulated.
actual result:- results in the document.
please suggest me how to proceed.
It will be very helpful for me if you provide tutorial video.
