How to export far-field pattern for a parameter sweep

I would like to export the far-field pattern of an obstacle scattering an incident plane wave. For a fixed incident angle, I can do this by plotting the far-field pressure as a 2D color plot and then export the plot. Now I want to export the far-field pattern for a set of incident angles. I solved the problem using a parameter sweep, but I don't know how to proceed the next step. I watched the video about exporting results of parameter sweep, but it's only for a single derived value such as the maximal temperature. Ideally I want the results written in a single csv file in the format

phi1 theta1 pfar11 pfar21 pfar31 ...
phi2 theta2 pfar12 pfar 22 pfar 32...
...

The first two column is the fixed values of phi and theta angles where the far-field pattern are evaluated.
The rest of the columns are the value of the far-field pattern for each incident angles in the parameter sweep.

Alternatively, it's ok to export the far-field pattern to individual files with parameter dependent file names, such as

pfar1.csv pfar2.csv, ...
