you could use particle tracing to do that. A particle can integrate everything along its path.

Thanks for your suggestion.
Particle tracing is a module. Do I need to add it as a physics and simulate particle transport?

Hi Sven,
I could not figure out how to use particle tracing to solve my problem. Now, I can use Matlab to do the averaging calculation after exporting data from Comsol.
I have one more question about how to export data for a specific region. I tried to use Grid 2D, but it only works for 'Globally defined expressions'. When I choose the dependent variable (concentration), it gives an error message 'Undefined variable'. Are there other ways I can do this?
