Model a closing mold

Hello, I want to optimize the cooling of a non-newtonian fluid while the mold is closing, so the fluid is beeing compressed. Can I model the closing mold? Or should I just model the compression with a not changing mold? how can I model such a continuous compression? Thanks in advance, Christian
