Error "Cannot open native file"

I've run the same model before with no problems, but now after changing some parameters, I cannot plot the results. Some of the results are 1D Plot Group with a Line Graph, when I press plot, the window (Error: Cannot open native file. - Plot: Ingr1 (Line graph) ) appears.
I look up this error and saw one post suggesting it has something to do with the recovery files. However, I checked my "Preferences" and I have already unchecked the box "Save recovery file".
I would appreciate your help.
