Band to band tunnenling and trap assisated tunnelng

I want to intoduce band to band tunneling and trap assisted tunneling phenomenna at the pn junction photodiode. there is a option of user defined current in continuity/hetrojunction . i am trying to intoduce voltage dependent tunniling but .. its not working.. please suggest how should i introduced these currents
