Oscillations in open cavity radiation

Hello,
I am trying to simulate two parallel cylinders exchanging heat by radiation, which heat being generated in the inner cylinder and heat being extracted from the OD of the outer cylinder by convection. The cylinders are modelled asymmetrically. Hence, there are open boundaries for the radiation. On tracing the temperature profiles, the temperatures seems to oscillate.....even after 10 hours of computational time.
In alternate run by ANSYS, there is no such oscillation.
