prism based SPR sensors simulation

Hello, I am doing the SPR sensor design on COMSOL, i have done my structure(Upside down the prism, and other layers onto the prism), assigned the materials, and properties also. Now I have to give the ports and Scattering Boundary Conditions. Can you help?

I have designed the sensor structure with prism followed by the metal, dielectric, and Analyte as shown in the figure. But I don't know that how to give the ports on the top of the prism, and scattering boundary conditions.
