How to do a parametric sweep of solutions in 1 study step to another study step.

I am trying to use a set of solutions from 1 study step (elastic eigenfrequencies) as initial conditions to a separate study step (optical mode analysis). I want to sweep through all the eigenfrequencies to see what optical modes are generated by each eigenfrequecy.
Can I do this by setting a parametric sweep? How can I define the parameter sweep values as the solutions for the 1st study step
Thanks
