Using Interpolation Functions under Parameters

Please login with a confirmed email address before reporting spam

Hi,

I have tried to use an interpolation function to calculate a geometry variable under global parameters. In response to this, Comsol colored the expression in Red and it started blaming itself in the 3rd person saying, it failed to evaluate the expression.

I wonder whether or not it is allowed for the user to generate a simple look-up-table using interpolation function and then use it under global parameters?

If not, does anyody has a solution how to implement a look-up-table under global parameters?

Thanks in advance,
Onur

If your parameter is 'a' and you want its value to be 'int1(b)' then you can instead define 'b' as your parameter, and whereever you want to use the parameter 'a' you put instead 'int1(b)'.
