Hi everybody,
I am doing a simulation of a simple electromagnetic structure in Comsol 4.1, RF module.
It is a Si slab in air. It makes an error, immediately.
Here is the error:

Failed to find a solution for the initial parameter.
Very ill-conditioned preconditioner.
The relative residual is more than 1000 times larger than the relative tolerance.
Returned solution has not converged.

I also attached the structure.
I appreciate if somebody answers this issue.
