Plasma rotation

Hi everybody!
Maybe it will sound stupid but I want to rotate plasma in cylinder. I cant find how to do it easily. In "Heat Transfer in Solids" physics it is possible to do "Translational Motion", but there is no "Translational Motion" in Plasma module. I need to know what ion/electron distribution will be if I start to rotate plasma in cylinder.
