Imposing a 2D shear force on a boundary

I am working on the Marangoni convection in liquids. In my model, I need to impose a shear force on the liquid interface.
I studied the "Marangoni Convection" example which is provided on the website. The author(s) used a weak contribution to express the shear force on the interface as follows:
test(u)*(gamma*Tx)
This force acts in x direction only.

My question:
I have a curved Liquid/Vapor interface with temperature gradients both in x and y directions (See the attachment).
Does anyone know what to do if I want to impose a 2D boundary condition on the interface?

I came up with these assumptions but not sure if they are correct:
test(u)*(gamma*dtang(T,x))
test(v)*(gamma*dtang(T,y))

I appreciate if anyone can help.
