Which plot to choose for mixing in a 3D-geometry?

Hi,

I am trying to compare the results for mixing of a simulation with experimental results. In the experiment I am looking through glass through micro channcels, where mixing occurs, visualised by a colour reaction of two liquids.

Now: How can I plot the result for the mixing of the two liquids (basically the concentration visualised by a thermal plot) in Comsol? Slice plot only gives me the concentration profile in one slice when viewed from top, but the situation as compared to the microscope should rather be described by the overlay of multiple slices with kind of a colour intensity addition.

Which plot options do I have to choose?

Regards,

Matthias

Were you able to find a good way of plotting your results? I'm having a similar problem.
