How to link local variables in global ode module to transport of concentrated species module

Please login with a confirmed email address before reporting spam

Hi,
I have two coupled differential equations which I created with the global ode module
bt+kon*a*b-koff*c =0 and
ct-kon*a*b+koff*c =0

I want to add diffusion coefficients and inflow conditions to the variables a, b and c and see how their concentrations change in a particular geometry.

How do I call the variables a,b and c in the transport of concentrated species module?
