Electrode Electrolyte BOUNDARY CONDITIONS

I have a an ionic solution domain in which I have placed four electrode for the measurement of electrolyte resistance. My interest is to see the electric field distribution at some point in the ionic solution. Electrode I can give potential and ground BC but what would be the exact BC at ionic solution boundary? My ionic solution domain is modeled as a square,in which I have four electrode
