Heat transfer in solid

I am designing a simple 2D model using heat transfer and laminar flow physics. The idea is, there will be three blocks on top of each other. In the middle block, there will be liquid flow and also there will be heater in the middle block.
The upper and lower block will be polymer. Now, I wanted to set the Temperature as a boundary condition for the upper and lower block's boundaries.

For, the middle block, I used Heat transfer in fluids, for the heater heat transfer in solid and the temperature as boundary condition.

For the upper and lower block, I couldn't able to select the boundaries, it showed boundaries not applicable. Then, I used heat transfer in solid , in both of the blocks. Then the simulation is giving error message.
Failed to find a solution.
Maximum number of Newton iterations reached.
There was an error message from the linear solver.
The relative error (2.8e+002) is greater than the relative tolerance.
Returned solution is not converged.

I am not sure what to do now.

Hello Ahmed,
Consider posting your .mph file here. It's impossible for Discussion Forum users to debug a model without seeing exactly how it was set up.
If the file is too large to post, clear the mesh and solution before posting it.
Best,
Jeff
