Diffusion in composite layers

Hello,

I am trying to simulate diffusion in a composite material with 2 layers of diffusivities D1 and D2 and this material is placed in a bulk medium.

Diffusion takes place from layer 1 to layer 2 from which it diffuses to the outer medium.

Initially the outer medium has 0 concentration.

Can you help me model the simulation.

I am having difficulty in creating the boundary conditions at the interfaces.
