pressure contour problem

Hi I am working on simulation of variable conductance heat pipe. I use from evaporation in porous media with large rate model. I get temperature, velocity and concentration contour.These contours are correct but the pressure contour is not correct. the pressure is uniform along the pipe.I set reference pressure to 1 atm and initial pressure to saturation pressure of water vapor. can you help me?
