Want to do analysis on humerus bone using comsol

As part of research i want to do analysis of humerus bone. I am confused what forces , what analysis i need to conduct on humerus bone. If any materails or guidance will be a great help

what I need

  1. what forces we can calcuate using comsol software on humerus bone
  2. any materails on this regards
  3. what analysis need to conduct
