Inflow of a specific amount of fluid

I am trying to use the two-phase flow level set method to model the inflow of a specific amount of fluid in a tube, in order to see the filling process. Unfortunately, by using the inlet option I can only set the inflow velocity or pressure, not the volume. Does anyone have any suggestion?
