Thermo Mechanical Model for Friction stir welding

I am trying to couple a thermo mechanical model for simulating friction stir welding in COMSOL Multiphysics. after running i get an error like following: I am wondering that is there anybody had the same problem or can help me (segregated step 2 refers to Deformation). the simulation file is attached to this post.
Failed to find a solution.
Maximum number of segregated iterations reached.
In Segregated Step 2:
There was an error message from the linear solver.
The relative error (1e+002) is greater than the relative tolerance.
Returned solution is not converged.
