Changing the Text / Font Color in Graphics Window

Hi,

I would like to change the text color in the graphics window from black to white. Is there a way to do that?
Or maybe put a white box behind the title and the color bar?

In my results I have zoomed in the portion of my model I am interested in and around it is all dark blue because the displacement is zero there. I am not interested in using the reverse color legend. I don't want to hide the other portions of my model either.
