i am working on a problem where i need to calculate the residual stresses that are being developed due to continuous heating and cooling. but i am unable to do that. also i tried to find the residual stress for structural members and followed the link which is mentioned below

bt i didn't get the idea how to get those curve since i am new in comsol. Also i didn't find how and where to use those variables defined in above mentioned link.
any help would be strongly appreciated.
