width of a lumped port

In the coax dipole tutorial, why is the width of lumped port 2.pi.R ? Shouldnt it be 2.R ??

The "height" of the lumped port is the distance between the two conducting boundaries (R_outer - R_inner) of the port. The "width" of the port is the distance along an equipotential between those boundaries, In this case, that's a circle.
