Form union ruining resolution

I have an electrode around which I put an air cube to simulate the e-field. I noticed that the last "Form Union" in the geometry node makes the previously curvy electrode full of edges, distorting the simulation results. I tried to adjust the repair tolerance to the smallest available value without success. Is there another way to keep the resolution of the geometry?

Solved: use Union of the single pieces before using Form union of the electrode+air block
