Graphics Not Updating Real-Time & 1D plot

"I recently got a new laptop, and the graphics window does not update real-time if I zoom/pan/rotate/build new component. I have to change the size of the window, or minize and reopen the window to update the graphics.

I tried changing the graphics settings as suggested by these pages: https://www.comsol.com/forum/thread/48969/problem-in-refreshing-graphics-window https://www.comsol.com/support/knowledgebase/933 Neither OpenGL, Direct9X, nor Software option worked for me.

It does not seem to be a hardware limitation. The new laptop has the latest Intel Core i7-1165G7 processor, with integrated Iris Xe graphics card. " https://www.comsol.com/support/knowledgebase/1285

I was having the same problem as stated above and I made the change that was given in one of the solutions (link above) by making a change in the properties but I have an additional problem, when I plot a 1D plot my graphic screen gives a static screen and its distorted and nothing updates. I tried triggering the graphic screen but nothing happens, I change the plot but the graphic screen is stuck on that 1D plot. I have to do an image snapshot to view what is currently in the graphics window. I don't how I can fix this, is there any possible way to resolve this issue.
